Come and join us in the foothills of himalayas, surrounded by lush green forests and rolling mountains.
Being in nature enables understanding of the life around and life within us.
Ananta flow abides by the feeling of staying in the present and feeling the gratitude of every breath , encountering the nectar of Yoga, the serene sense of staying in the present and enjoy the beautiful being who we are destined to be .
The human body is the greatest gift of nature but we often forget our beginnings and that we will also return to nature one day, we naively keep on running to accumulate more.
Soul Retreat helps you to unplug from the unnatural lifestyle and bring you to a world of breath and awareness.
Our retreats and training programs are majorly based on the yogic lifestyle explained in many ancient Indian scriptures.
Every individual will be treated according to their body type as explained in Ayurveda, it speeds up the process of rejuvenation.
So let's explore the path of Soul Retreat, where our team will try to make an inclusive growth and instill the power of Yoga within.
