Our retreats and training programs are majorly based on the yogic lifestyle explained in many scriptures of ancient India. Every individual will be treated according to their body type as explained in Ayurveda, it speeds the process of rejuvenation and helps in getting rid of the toxins much faster.

All our teachers are highly trained and have completed 2 years masters degreen in yoga. Our teachers always keep in mind that every body is different and will take care of your special needs.

Miss. Sehar Khrait started practicing Yogic Lifestyle from an early age. She completed her Master's degree in Yogic Sciences. She's been teaching Hatha Yoga and Yoga Anatomy since 2016.

Raghav Khantwal ji, completed his Masters in yogic sciences (M.A Yogacharya). Teaching yoga philosophy and anatomy since 2016. He have worked with Doordarshan and Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy under Ayush Ministry as a Yoga teacher. Worked as a TTC teacher in Kunming, China.

Yogi Pravesh Rayal

Hatha Yoga Teacher Pravesh ji started teaching Hatha and Ashtanga yoga after completing his certification under Shivananda discipline in 2007 then completed his Masters in Yogic science and Alternative Therapies in 2017 from H.N.B.G University. He conducted Yoga teacher trainings in Yunnan, Hunan and Guangdong provinces of China till 2019.
